Great 1940s fur clip in a figural design of two flowers on a stem with leaves. The leaves and stem are gold-plated pot metal with green enamel or paint on the nicely curved leaves. The flower petals are cast metal with dark green enamel and prong-set amber centers. The back is plain gold plate.
This fur clip is in very good condition for its age, with slight enamel/paint loss. The clip mechanism is nice and tight. Size is a substantial 2 x 3 1/2 inches. Wonderful older piece in original condition. |
