This is a very intricate pin with many design elements, some of which appear to be Celtic, such as the use of spirals alternating with hearts in the center. These are bordered with finely detailed birds and flowers. Each design element has a sterling bead accent. Brooch is signed Kelt on the back
I believe this Kelt brooch is a hand-made design or, at the very least, hand-finished. It is probably from Great Britain, and has a secure trombone clasp. It is in excellent original condition with very nice patina which serves to accent the fine detail in the Celtic theme brooch. Size is 1 1/2 inches across |
