Very unusual brooch consisting of 3 overlapping ovals of faux tortoise secured with a heavy band of faux tortoise on each end. I think this may be lucite or other early plastic as there are no mold marks anywhere and the quality is excellent.
This vintage early plastic brooch is in excellent, original condition and has a secure safety clasp which is embedded into the heavy bands on each end of the brooch. The clasp may have been a more recent addition.
Measurements are 3 x 1 7/8 x 1/2 inch deep. |
