This is a delightful cameo, signed 'Wedgewood, Made in England W 74'on the classic Wedgwood blue background. The scene shows 3 children in an idyllic setting in white with a matte finish. The simple beaded setting is unmarked but appears to be sterling.
This vintage Wedgwood children cameo is in excellent, original and unpolished condition and has a secure safety clasp. The cameo is bezel set and the overall size is 2 x 1 3/8 inches. This is a lovely example of Wedgwood jewelry. |
