Abstract, flowing lines are done in basse-taille white enamel over gilded silver in a brooch and matching clip earrings, signed 925S,Sterling, H in a circle, Norway which is the mark of Ivar Holt. Holt was an important mid-century enamel jewelry maker.
This Ivar Holt matching brooch and clip-back earrings are in excellent, original and unpolished condition. Pin has a secure safety clasp, earring clip-backs are also secure. I see no damage on the enamel or the gilt finish. the earrings have the same marks but do not match exactly, but look wonderful together. |
